Your journey begins at Damanong Lane, a legendary alleyway where the air is filled with the calls of vendors and the scent of local delicacies. This is Hangzhou at its most authentic. We will weave through the stalls to sample iconic snacks: the sweet, comforting Jiuniang (fermented rice), golden Crispy Fried Fish, and the famous Congbaohui—a scallion pancake with a history as rich as its flavor. Depending on the season, you’ll also find an array of fresh local fruits to try.
